Joshua has extensive Military, Forensic and Organisational Psychology experience. He delivered psychological risk mitigation, emergency trauma management, organisational mental health reviews, and policy development to organisations across a variety of industries.

Joshua assists organisations manage and reduce the impact of mental health issues by developing strategic and practical processes to improve business continuity, minimise psychological risk factors and ensure health and safety legislative requirements are maintained.

Bianca ManciniProvisional Psychologist
Bianca has a professional interest in depression, anxiety, stress, coping and relationships. Bianca has a strong focus on cognitive behavioural therapy and mindfulness and graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours. Bianca has also worked with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) individuals and fly in fly out (FIFO) workers and their families. .
Linanne LechSocial Worker and Provisional Psychologist
Linanne draws upon her personal perspective, extensive social work and psychology background to assist clients in managing cultural and gender based issues.

She has been directly involved in developing and implementing longitudinal training programs in the field of coaching, communication and leadership both in Australia and internationally.

Linanne is fluent in Chinese (Teochew).


Sharon NewickPsychologist

Sharon Newick is a registered psychologist with a graduate diploma in family and relationship therapy. Sharon has many years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families in many varied settings including crisis accommodation for the homeless, drug and alcohol residential rehabilitation, mine sites, schools, and other counselling practices.

Sharon is skilled in many forms of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Schema Therapy ,Narrative Therapy, Multi Systemic Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. Sharon is a person centred psychologist that will tailor her intervention technique to suite the client, couple, or the families need in order to yield the best results and bring about positive change.

Sharon is a passionate and dedicated therapist that looks forward to working with you to address issues related to depression, anxiety, non-suicidal self- injury, suicidal ideation, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Gizella BattrickPsychologist

Gizella completed her Bachelor of Psychology and Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling at Murdoch University. Gizella has worked in Community Mental Health for 8 years. This experience has provided her with a deep understanding of people’s challenging situations, genuine compassion, empathy and a wealth of clinical and practical knowledge in providing therapeutic and psychosocial recovery interventions to young adults and adults living with such mental health problems as depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, overwhelming emotions, poor self-esteem, grief and trauma.
Gizella draws on a range of evidence-based interventions and therapeutic models including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-based practices, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients to develop a shared understanding of the presenting difficulties and tailor interventions to suit their goals, circumstances and strengths. Clients describe her as warm, compassionate and engaged with a non-judgmental approach. Gizella supports clients to manage symptoms and cope with challenges with an emphasis on tapping into people’s personal strengths, to imagine the future they desire and help realise their full potential and achieve their goals.
